What I now-days would call Myself I have given the name Shaughani. What I previously called myself, a mere projection of Shaughani onto the plane of personality, has received immense benefits in terms of health, respect and quality of life since I have detached "Myself" from it. This site is a projection of the ideas and thoughts that develop Myself towards a more healthy and influential life.
Mind
I have a Masters degree in Theoretical Physics. To know yourself you need to understand the Universe, and vice verca. The Theoretical Physics of today, being a creation of the historically-collected collective-intelligence of the human Mind, is for me an asset too valuable to be ignored, even in meta-physical discussions.
Emotion
I sing and play the guitar. Music for me is a way to express and live out my Emotions. In order for the Emotions to come out effortlessly trough the Body you need to have a Still Mind. It took me a while to come to the understanding that the neutral state of emotion is Love, this corresponds to having a Still Mind or a Relaxed Body.
Body
I am a martial arts instructor in the Japanese art of Shorinji Kempo. Our main principle is that Body and Mind are one. A relaxed Mind leads to a relaxed Body, and vice verca. Thus, this principle may be used to still the Mind through the Body as well as curing the Body through the Mind.
The Seeds of Shaughani
The Seeds of Shaughani is something I have Created and what I am following to Develop myself. It is heavily influenced by The 4th Way but tremendously simplified.
So far it has worked wonders, both on me and people around me. But to make any sense the posts have to be red in order, starting with The Path of Shaughani 0

A philosophical equation to describe the unchanging quality of the One. Whatever is created through the infinitesimal vibrations of Planck's length in time and space never changes the all-encompassing character of the One.
You are forever bound to be right smack in the middle of the One. You are a focus-point of the whole, just as you have always been. You are the One you have been looking for.
